If you have any questions about the site or your order, you should find the answers here...
1. The Contract
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between us (Parkers of Bolton) and you, (the customer), will take place when the goods have been paid for by you and despatched by us. Any email, order confirmation or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order does not constitute legal acceptance by Parkers of Bolton of your order.
In the event that there are any errors regarding price or description, we reserve the right to notify you as soon as possible and give you the options to proceed with this revised order at the correct price/description, or to cancel the order. In these circumstances, upon cancellation, your payment will be refunded in full.
The prices shown are only applicable to purchases made via the Parkers of Bolton Online store. On occasions, the prices payable and promotions offered online may differ from those prices and promotions offered at the same time by Parkers of Bolton on other sites. We are under no obligation to honour any price or promotion that differs from those on our website.
All offers are subject to availability and while stocks last.
All prices are shown in £ sterling and include V.A.T. where appropriate. We regret we are not able to offer VAT exclusive pricing for deliveries to the Channel Islands.
If an administrative error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to correct that price and notify you accordingly. In these circumstances, it will be deemed that a contract has not been entered into and you will not be bound to continue with your purchase. You will be asked to email us to confirm that you wish to proceed at the correct price, however, should you choose not to do so, your monies will be refunded in full. The repayment of such monies paid to us will be the extent of our liability to you in the event of pricing errors.
Parkers of Bolton VAT number is 145 7581 47.

Our online store can only accept orders for delivery to UK or European addresses.
To order goods from our online store, you need to select your required items from the product information page(s) they appear on. - Product Information Page: Check the availability of the product, for products that are labelled ‘In stock’, simply click the ’Add to basket’ button on the product information page.
- Shopping Basket Page: After making your selections, click on the ’Continue to checkout’ or ’Checkout’ button. You will be able to review and amend your order before proceeding through the checkout pages.
- Address Page: We will then ask for details of your billing address (where your debit/credit card is registered), shipping address and email/phone contact details so we can contact you if we need to discuss your order.
